Last night was awesome. What do you get when 24 adults and 8 children come over to your house? A night a love, faith and compassion. We started the night in our backyard fellowshipping over a sit down BBQ chicken dinner, provided by Dan and Dianna. Then we all snuggled together in our living room (less the kids) for a splendid night of openness, sincerity and love, as James taught from Matthew 5:21-24. What great conversations we had, you could feel God working through everyone. After fellowship and study we reflected and participated in communion as a family.
Wonderful fellowship, open honest reflection and beautiful communion.
A Community Alive Through Christ
Thank you God for bring these beautiful people into my life, that I may in my times of despair see you through them. I am humbled.

Awww Larry, you are making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. No, I agree whole heartedly. It was a beautiful night of recindling relationships, learning how to forgive others and ourselves for the messes we’ve made. And most important remembering the Lord (what He sacrificed for us) and why we needed to do so as well.
Something I realized last night was no matter what someone else has done to you, don’t sit around waiting for their apology (most likely it will never happen). As Christians, we must always make the first and right step toward recovery (Have Faith!).
Another thing…the girls and I listened to a song last night before we began and the punch line was “If anything gives me worth, God it’s You…If anything’s good in me, God it’s You”. Can I get an Amen to that!
It’s your Kindness Lord that leads us to repentance. Thank you for your grace. As all days I should, I will especially remember you today.

Beautiful, we obviously could not be there in the physical (being half way across the country), but we had our fellowship meeting also, thanks everyone for the prayers and support. It is great to be a part of something bigger than Texas.

Alright so most of you know that I am uh newer LoL to faith. And can I just say GOD has just slapped me in the face (lovingly) with a lesson/test. I was at said bible study last night. And then today oh today I have had a test to see if I was paying attention or maybe I had a lesson so I’d know what to do today.
I was “harassed” and threatened by my someone for a reason I could not understand. And instead of getting ‘hateful’ or helping to stir the fire or getting violent.
I spoke to him and not only forgave him but asked to be forgiven if I had offended him or GOD in anyway.
I was going to say how proud I was of myself but NO NO NO
I am SO SO SO SO grateful and humble to know that my Savior my God gave me the knowledge not just when I needed it but when He knew in HIS wisdom that I’d actually listen and absorb not just turn my back on Him.
Anyways! LoL so sorry for ranting. Just had to share God’s perfect timing and knowledge and well just His perfect love.
