Acts 13:2, “While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting”.

Yes, I’ve been given a great burden to cry out to the world. The cry is to fast! A practice lost over the ages, yet taught as one of the spiritual practices. Throughout the bible we read of God’s people praying and fasting, yet we seldom hear a word on fasting.

We stress: Pray Life, Personal Devotions and Christian Fellowship, as we should. BUT, along the way we have lost a key component, which is known as fasting.

I challenge you to seek God’s truth regarding fasting.
