We had a fantastic time as our First Church Family Camping trip (many more to come). We hung out in beautiful Oak Creek Canyon just North of Sedona. For three days we fellowshipped, prayed, studied and just hung out. For me the highlight was when two of our young children volunteered for opening prayer before our bonfire service Friday night, asking God to bless and protect us. Talk about a real tears for joy jerker, our children praying and blessing us (can I get an Amen). Out of the mouths of babes. Thank you Lord for bringing this Christ-centered fellowship together.

Friday morning was kind of special also. I caught this little 21-inch Rainbow Trout on my Homer Simpson fishing pole. Better luck next year Ernie.
